"Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park...

"1 day stay on a business trip to KL. Hitel is pretty much what you expect from an IBIS. The rooms were clean an in Good condition and comfortable. Arrived at a late flight and despite there being 2 staff on took ages to be acknowledged. In fairness to the gentleman who served me he was on the phone but the lady who was also there could have looked up from her phone every once in a while. Other than this annoyance my stay was good overall."

"Booked a family room for 3 adults plus a kid. So essentially they had 4 single beds made to look like 2 queens, all lined up side-by-side. In effect 4 people are sleeping together in one gigantic bed. And there was no space to even split the beds much less to walk without tripping. TV reception was terrible as the images were blurred and we can barely get any decent audio through the static. Further, the walls must be porous as we can easily hear people walking and talking outside, and they...

"Simple hotel - fine for one or two nights stay. Bed comfortable and bathroom well equipped and clean. Traffic noise unfortunately was all night as by highway. Breakfast in morning simple (coffee, juice, roti etc) but adequate. Parking handy in underground car park next to hotel but need cash to pay. "

"Thats a residence, once you have this in mind it will be ok your stay. Apartments depnd on the onwer you get it. Mine was very basic. Attention is good, good cafes near by. "
